The checkout process was... just really frustrating. It felt like it took forever, and by the end I was annoyed.

"Fees were clear enough"
I used Cjtickets to grab some tickets, i appreciated that the fees showed up before I actually paid :) Nothing felt sneaky or hidden at checkout, which is always my biggest worry with ticket sites.
The total was still a little higher than I was hoping for, but at least I knew exactly what I was paying for. Overall, it was smooth!

"Didn’t get the seats I chose"
I bought tickets through cjtickets.com because I picked specific seats and assumed that’s where we’d be sitting. When we got there, the seats were in a totally different spot with a worse view, which was really disappointing and took a lot out of the night. What frustrated me most was that this felt like such a basic thing to get right. I reached out by email expecting some kind of help, but the response didn’t really address the issue and felt like I was just being brushed off. I wouldn’t use them again if the actual seat location matters to you.
"Refund came through, but something felt off"
I did eventually get my refund from Cjtickets, so I can’t say it was a total mess. Support replied when I followed up, and it was sorted in the end. Still, I had to chase more than I expected, and the whole thing just felt a bit slow and off. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as smooth as I would’ve liked

"Ended up costing way more than expected"
At first I thought the prices on Cjtickets seemed reasonable, or at least that’s how I remember it when I first looked. But by the time I got through checkout — I can’t remember if the fees showed up right before payment or earlier and I just missed them, the total was way higher than I expected. It felt like I paid more than the ticket was really worth. Maybe I checked too fast, but either way it didn’t feel like a good deal. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless I really had no other option.

"Never saw a confirmation email"
I paid for my order, but I never got a confirmation email as far as I could tell. It’s possible it got lost somewhere or ended up in spam, but I checked what I could and didn’t see anything. I ended up having to contact support just to get the basic details, which was frustrating

Checkout went through without any issues and my card worked fine 🙂 Nothing bad happened at all, but I did wish there was a little more clear info about payment security. It just would’ve made me feel more confident while paying.

I’ve used cjtickets.com twice now. First time, I was a little nervous. Tickets showed up fine and worked at the venue.
Second time felt easier. Prices were okay. Not always the lowest, but fair. Updates could be quicker. I’d use them again

"Bad first impression at the gate"
I bought tickets through here the first impression was not great. When we got to the gate, the tickets wouldn’t scan right away, which immediately made me nervous that they might not even be real. The staff had to check them twice before we could get in. Maybe everything worked out in the end, but it definitely didn’t make me feel confident or safe buying from them.

I tried to place an order, but the site kept jumping around and the checkout was really messy. After a few tries I gave up and contacted support, but then I got transferred around instead of getting any real help. Frustrating experience overall.

Never again. That’s where I landed after this whole experience. The tickets showed up late, and the whole time I just felt like I couldn’t rely on the order actually coming through when it was supposed to.

I did get my tickets in the end, but they came later than I was expecting. I kept checking my email and the receipt to make sure everything had gone through, so it was a bit stressful waiting around. It all worked out fine, I just would’ve felt better if they had sent them sooner.

Support did eventually sort out the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, which was annoying. Overall, decent outcome, but the wait could’ve been better.

"Got tickets last minute, but it felt a little suspicious"
I ended up using cjtickets.com because I waited way too long to get tickets, and somehow they still had some available. i was relieved, but also slightly suspicious, like the internet knew I was desperate and decided to charge me accordingly. The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but I guess that’s what happens when you procrastinate and the ticket gods start plotting against you.
The checkout was easy and nothing too confusing, but I definitely kept refreshing my email like I was waiting for classified documents to drop. The tickets did show up in time and they worked at the venue, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t an amazing experience, but it wasn’t a disaster either. Three stars feels about right.

"Wish the site info had been clearer"
I had a small problem with my ticket confirmation, so I ended up messaging support. i regretted not double-checking everything sooner because I was stressing a bit at first. But customer service got back to me quicker than I expected and fixed it without a lot of back and forth. It all worked out in the end, but I’m taking off one star because the info on the site could definitely be clearer

"Cancelled show, but they handled it well"
My event ended up getting cancelled last minute, so I was a bit stressed about what would happen with my tickets and refund.
I reached out to cjtickets.com support expecting it to be a bit of a headache, but to be fair, they got back to me quickly. They explained the situation clearly and told me what I needed to do, so it wasn’t as annoying as I first thought.
Everything was sorted quicker than I expected. Obviously having a show cancelled isn’t great, but their support team made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.
